Using the site

Anyone can browse job listings for free. Creating an account and posting a job requires signing up through our authentication provider (Clerk). You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

Posting jobs

When you submit a job listing, you agree that it will be:

• accurate and for a real, currently open position;
• lawful and non-discriminatory — you're responsible for ensuring your listing complies with employment and advertising laws that apply to you, including any rules against discriminatory hiring criteria in your jurisdiction;
• free of spam, scams, or misleading claims.

We review submitted listings before they go live and may reject or remove any listing, at our discretion, that violates these terms or that we otherwise believe is harmful to the site or its users.

Content ownership

You retain ownership of the job listing content you submit. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and syndicate that content on DevJobz and its associated feeds/pages for as long as the listing remains posted or until you delete it.

Account termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that post fraudulent, discriminatory, or abusive content, or that otherwise misuse the site. You can stop using the site and request account deletion at any time by contacting us.

No warranty

DevJobz is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that listings are accurate, that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any job posted here will result in a hire or a placement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, including damages arising from job listings posted by other users.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms. We'll update the “last updated” date above when we do.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the site operator, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
